1)Colorado St pk. (Thursday night). This play came by way of online reading. Looking at the match up on paper i would have slanted with BYU as they are at home and the home team has won each of the last 4 years in this series. But CSU figured out Van Pelt is the cog in their offense before the season is too late and he has turned them on, look for an all American effort tonight from Bradlee.
2)Michigan pk (Friday night). Despite what we said about Michigan earlier, we just don't see them losing to Minnesota for the first time since 1986 here. We know Minny in undefeated, but their schedule is the culprit. Go with the class here as Michigan simply can't afford a 3rd loss on the season from my point of view, Minny can and will get their first.
3)Michigan St -4 (*****TOP PLAY*****). Illinois continues to get worse as the season goes on, we can feel their plight as i would give up too if i was on this bunch of under achieving non defense playing losers. This bunch reeks of losing and it continues here, Smoker sure appears to have rededicate himself and will cut through that ridiculously bad D here. THIS IS MY TOP PLAY OF THE YEAR TO DATE.
4)Oklahoma St +3. Kansas st has lost 2 in a row, Oklahoma st lost their first game of the year, these moronic rankings have K st ranked 21st and Oklahoma st UNRANKED?! I like the home team here who plays hard. More inclined to put this in a 10 point teaser than anything, but there i feel totally safe.
5)Miami OHIO -36. This play is a real mismatch. The best team in the MAC (no offense NIU) is Miami, they have a real NFL QB at the reigns. This game will get ugly and 36 points should be no issue, a win of less than 40 would be a shock!
6)Oklahoma -6 1/2. This play goes in a 10 point teaser so the line should really be OU +3 1/2 which to me, in this series, is gold.
7)Georgia -2. Tennessee has befuddled me most of the year, bet against them at Florida, got killed, bet on them at Auburn, got killed. But Georgia appears to be the real team in the SEC east, i like them to continue their winning ways (should have won at LSU, missed FG's cost them)
8)Texas Tech -16 1/2. WOW, what can we say about Symons, the guy just throws TD after TD. Better than Kingsbury ever was and a perfect college QB for that system. At home i see no stopping this bunch and a 17 point win will be the least of our worries.
9)Utah -9. Utah, in case people haven't noticed, is perfect vs the spread this year, not saying i see them covered this game easily, but as another teaser play, it looks like gold!
10)LSU -10. More Teaser gold...EASY win, not necessarily an easy cover.
11)Ohio St - 2 1/2. I am not going to be someone who bets against OSU and hopes for them to lose for the first time since 2001. So for me this is a put play on OSU's ability to not lose games, they will wait for Wisky to make a mistake and steal a close one, should be a lot of fun to watch late!
